

Each new beer batch begins in the Brewhouse section, where you select an available fermenter and a recipe (technological specification).

If necessary, the brewer can quickly replace ingredients or add additional ones for this batch. All information about your experiments will be stored and later used for analysis and comparison of results.

All wort brewing parameters can be recorded in the Wort Brewing Protocol. There are many parameters, but by default only the volume and the gravity of the finished wort are required fields. You decide which data your staff must enter into the system.
Since the protocols form the basis for working according to HACCP principles, upon request we can make full data entry into the system mandatory. This will improve staff discipline, reduce errors caused by the human factor, and ensure consistent beer quality.
