The system displays the current status of each fermenter and stores a detailed history of tank usage and maintenance work.
In the brewhouse/fermentation department, personnel fill out Beer Maturation Passports to record the actual parameters of the maturation process and log all technological losses (yeast draining, etc.). The passport template is generated automatically based on the process sheets.
